Bobby Mathieson is rude, dishonest and pushy, which I know from my personal experience with him. Check out the horrible reviews on Yelp for his company, Aspen Management. Every review is very negative. This guy is the worst. He lies, he's ill-mannered and aggressive. His company will stick you junk fees and cheat you on your deposit. Poor service or no service, as the Yelp reviews show. Don't get entangled with his outfit. As Yelp reviews state, "RUN from Aspen Management," "unscruplous," the worst property management company in Boulder," etc. He looks like a street person who doesn't bathe, shave or get haircuts -- not professional.

Must be nice to afford that
